Refund Policy

Instveed itself is free to use. This policy applies to voluntary tips processed through our payment provider (Paddle).

Tips Are Voluntary and Non-Refundable

Tips are one-time donations made at the tipper's discretion to support the ongoing operation of Instveed. Because tips are not exchanged for goods or services, they are generally non-refundable once processed.

When Refunds May Be Issued

We will issue a refund in these cases: (a) you were charged in error or more than once for the same tip; (b) the charge was unauthorized; (c) a technical failure prevented the tip from being recorded correctly. Requests must be made within 14 days of the charge.

How to Request a Refund

Email the address listed on our Contact page with the transaction ID from your Paddle receipt, the approximate date, and a brief reason. We will review the request and, if approved, issue the refund through Paddle to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first so we can resolve it directly. Filing a chargeback without attempting to reach us may result in longer resolution times and is unnecessary for legitimate issues.

Payment Processor

All payments are processed by Ko-fi (ko-fi.com), which handles the transaction and charges via PayPal. Ko-fi's and PayPal's own terms and refund practices also apply; details are available on their respective websites.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy at any time. The 'Last updated' date above reflects the most recent revision. Tips made before a change are governed by the policy in effect at the time of the tip.
